another loose wire any idea?

Hi again this wire well is a bit different when i took the dash out i noticed it .
it is bolted to the car just behind the where the stereo would go and it,s silver and it looks like a shoe lace but it dont go no where.
does any 1 know where it goes any help would be great cheers.
