how do i get the front bumper and wings off?

right i now theres bolts on ethier side of the bumper holding it on to the wing but i noticed theres like some clips or something runing along the bottom of the bumper, how do i get them off (i dont want to break them if i can help it)

and how do i get the wings off (i know theres the bolts on the inside in the engin bay) where else are they?

For the bumper - there will be 4 bolts each side - 2 in the inner arch, and 2 in the wing.

For the wings - there are the bolts along the top under the bonnet, one in the arch going into the front panel, and 2 inside the car, just remoe the kick plates and they can be easily gotten to.

use w.d on them first otherwise ull be drilling out sheared bolts...........oh the joy... :lol:

there's also one bolt on the lower part of the wing by the door.
its near the jack point at the front of the car.

but, you know in the middle of the bumper, is there any thing holding it on there cause it just wouldnt budge? :?

theres a full dtailed "how to" further back (about 5 pages I think) on removing bumpers and wings.
