depends what applicaiton you want it for!

eg just a bit more grunt id say a moderate cam (as the STD air intake/maf gets mega confused if you get too lairy a cam)

if you only want the biggest number possible for talk in the pub then get a 359 deg cam lol and see it not produce power till 9K with ITB's

look on the catcams website at their info etc, its very informative.
