XE starting problems

Just plonked the XE into the car, it starts but takes ages turning it over before it goes. The engine was previously in my old car and had no trouble starting at all. Once it has started it runs fine, although havent had it running for long as it had no water. Just chilling out whilst the battery gets a bit of a charge, wondered if there was any ideas?

All sorted, for anyone who fits an XE into a 1.0ltr shell, dont use the black wire from the original coil as it drops to 6v when cranking the engine resulting is a weak spark.
