Saw (the film)

Just wondering if anyone has seen SAW ? i know it's been out in the cinema's, but it never came to our local one so i've only just got round to renting it.

Watched it last night at a mates house.

the only thing i can say is, i checked my car before i drove home for any pig faced gimps !

excellent film, and truely very very scarey !

yep, n i loved it when the guy in the middle of the room just got up, i knew it was going to happen !

it was very scarey at 1am last night, much more than any other horror film that has come out in the past year !

horror films are much less scary when you watch them drunk. Thing about teh bit when he cut his foot off was he didnt gain anything doing so lol

i thought it was ok, not really that scary tho. Poor guy who had to get thru the razor wire :lol: or the geezer with the thing on his face that would rip off his jaw lol

I watched Grudge on thursday evening, started about 11 and watched through till 1am...........alone.........lights off........headphones on via sound system (Best way to watch a horror!)! Needed a wee after wards but didn't want to leave my bed so i held it till morning ;) :o

I found it more creepy/goosebumpy rather than an out n out scarefest! Not all of the guys at work thought much of it though :?

As in American Grudge? Or Japanese Ju-On?

If you can put up with the subtitles, Ju-On is FAR scarier. I saw it before seeing Grudge, and tbh it made the American version seem like a walk in the daisies lol.

Ring 2 looks a bit limp too. Can't think of any other recent horror movies that were any good tbh, White Noise wasn't really any more than average.

Saw Oceans 12 at the weekend too. Wasn't quite what I was expecting is a slight understatement lol

layer cake, proper mint film saw it an cinemas wen it was first out thort was better than snatch and lockstock seemed more realistic.

now ive said this off to go rent it n watch it tomorrow!

Oceans 12 & the ring 2 are both pants. All this hype....you watch it & think.....That really wasnt all that good now was it! Lol

Oceans 11 was better then 12 imo.

Ring 2 wasn't too bad, but not exactly good either. And Oceans 12.... good god, what a load of dung. Thats the ONLY movie I've ever actually turned off after struggling 2/3 of the way though... I did want to see it at the cinema, but I'm really glad I didn't now!
