Post cat exhausts??

Hi there,

Would a cat back system for a 1.4i fit on the 1.2i?

I Know they're very similar and not too much can be different from the cat back but i just wanted to check with some experts!

your best of getin a downpipe/manifold back system, would give a lil more power...

im fairly certian it should fit though

IIRC it wont. The 1.2i cat had a different fitting 3 bolts triangular pattern and everything else had 2 bolts diamond shape fitting but dont quote me on that!

Thanks guys, this has a 3 bolt diamond type flange with the cat. Can any 1.2i owners confiem what they have??

1.4i would be the same as the 1.2i, both are spi, the mpi exhaust's are diff

I did say dont quote me on that! I knew the SRi etc was diff.
