is it easy to chage a 1.3 engine to a 1.6 on a nova.
i'm talking in terms os legal.

in our country it is all you have to do is inform the DVLA (driver and vheicle licensing agency) and tell the about the changes to the engine

then just make sure you tell your insurance aswell and you will be all legal
