Epo, my sinuses were absolutely killing me and were really frickin' painful, so i got some of that sinus stuff you spray up your nose and it REALLY sorted me out :D Was well pleased with it because it was really hurting-head was really thumping. Go get some :wink:

:lol: lol well i dont have any kids yet thank god,not for a few years yet..
but i have had this really bad cold/flu - its a pain in the frickin neck!! i am just about getting over it now,but i had it for a good 8 days... and felt as ruff as a pigs arse :oops:

i stuck to good old paracetemol, u should try drinkin honey and lemon as well - loadsa vitaminc C and well help you through it bud :wink:
