as you know im tryin to buy a saloon, its a total shed it needs

i did tell you project ;)

a new compleat front panel
2 new sills
2 rear arches
2 front arches
welding on the chasis near the rear springs,
new bonnet due to dents
welding in the battery tray,
2 new doors due to rust
and the wheel well cutting off due to rust and plate welding on
new paint job, just to its crap and dull
2 new rear shocks and welding on the struts

its got no tax, no mot been stud for two years
its a 2 door saloon Mk1 F reg

so how much would you pay for this?
i offered ?70 for this (way too much for over the odds)
the owner wants about ?150 lol no chance
so how much would you pay for this?

Nothing! It would cost the owner to get it taken away etc you'll be doing it for free!

well its a 1L engine, so it starts first time and runs :wink:

got a few oil leaks, needs CV joints, brakes ect: :roll:

i wouldn't pay anythin for it either, i only managed to get 160quid for my sisters old breeze blue sri which was a little tatty.

as said it costs about 20-50 quid to get rid of ols sheds of cars now so i wouldnt pay for it :lol:

If he's asking ?150 then I'd bet my last penny if you offered him ?100 cash he'd take it.

Sounds like you're gonna need to rebuild the shell completely though...

My red beast of a saloon is up for sale now!! ?100 and its your-EVERYTHING works, it has 8 1/2 months MOT and a months tax. Both sills have been welded. Boot floor is solid as a rock. Surface rust on drivers door. Runs nice :D

Doubt you'll want it but thought i'd try :wink:

there was a nova that went for 25p on ebay the other day, i wuold have had it but it was 100 mile away. For a car in that condition i wouldnt fork out anything for it.
