Got my hoops sorted

Last week I got my alloys back from having the offset machined from ET42-49.

Just thought I'd post a pic.

not a fan of those, kinda simialr to my wheels in a way.

it's good to see someone who's actually got the machined, as there are frequent questions about it all the time.

doesn't machining 7mm off compromise the structural integrity of the wheel tho ?

Apparently it'll be ok.... but if they fall apart then I'm going scot bashing.

The car is still away having the rear arches done, front and rear panel but as soon as I get it back I'll whack them on and take some pics.

how much it cost to get them machined?

I didnt actually pay anything to have them machined.

Basically the place I brought them from sent me ET42 instead of ET49 so with a whole load of nagging they picked them up, had them machined and sent them back. I managed to get them to pay for all postage and machining costs.

The would have just swapped them for ET49 but it was the last set.

The manfacturer is no more.
