My gte for 100

Got this F reg nova GTE last night for a ?100 just needs a little bit off work but will be a nice car once its done.

It looked alright from the first few pics lol, then i saw the other side. Check what its like underneth as for 100 i'd expect some nasty holes. If its just the rear arch then youve got a bargin.

Get them skirts off mate and check the sills, chances are with an arch that bad the sills are rotten, but still a bargain for ?100.

Last I heard my old 1.6T40 had been effectively stolen, stripped for parts which were put into a different Nova and the shell was in a Essex scrapyard somewhere.

i just stripped and cut up a nova in better condition than that lol. allways good when you get a bargain tho. i only wanted it for the parts but would have been ideal for a project.

Saw my old hatch the other day... happy to say its still in one piece and hasn't been further barried up - altho i think he's removed the audio and put the rear seats back in :?

U gt loads of cheap gtes popping up on ebay. There usually for sale by car sales places who think a rusty arch is the end for the car. So u can pick them up for fuk all.

I sold it in 2002 to my mate who turned it in to the dog it is today :roll:

Dont even know why I sold it, I was just a spare of the moment thing really.
