vaccum pipes on webbers

do you have to connect vaccum pipes to the webber twin 40's it looks like you do?
and if so what do the other end of the vaccum pipes connect to?

blcok off the carb vaccum line. you dont need it

it will almost certainly make your car run a bit lean at cruising speeds cause of the timing advance.

i took my vacuum off the other wekk and its made a good difference.
