View Full Version : the batterys gone, how do i get in my car?

right then the battery is nearly flat after beeing sat for a while. it hasnt got enougth power to unlock the door, one red flashing light inside the car has gone out but theres still one that looks really weak.
the 2 doors have been delocked but the boot still has the standard lock on.

when the battery has completey gone flat will the alarm still go off if i open the boot?

if so will this work? open the boot, jump through (no interior) open the bonnet and disconect all positive and negative things attached to the battery, that'll stop the alarm from going off right?

if the 20miliamp LED isnt on theres no chance in hell the alarm can sound

just open the boot and get in

yer one LED has gone out but im just waiting for the other one too (its realy weak so not to long)

when i get in shall i disconect the battery?
if the alarm does go off, would disconecting the battery stop it. (might sound dumb but i aint gotta clue)
