I have a lot of pre ignition on switch off and juddering on start up?? Any idea how to fix it

check your plug gaps, may be far to close!

pre ignition on shutdown suggests ignition timing or lean mixture

shuddering on start up could be caused by these too

get the ignition timing and fuelling sorted and go from there

well im going to garage 2moro for an engine tuning, timing adjustment and get the tappets adjusted as well as a oil change. Hopefully this will solve it, i told him about the pre-ignition thing and he said he can do it. I hope so because its getting on my nerves!
