Engine probs *URGENT*

Can someone please help.
The engine turned over ok but wouldnt fire so I decided to get under the bonnet to check that I had a spark and fuel going in. The engine started turning very sluggishly and then stopped completely and there was just a constant ticking whenever the ignition was turned.
All help appreciated as always.

ps. Battery is fine and I have half a tank of petrol

if the starter is clicking, check all your earths make sure none are ose ect..

Or your engines siezed. I'd prefer Phils problem to mine though. You cheak the oil?

Good point. Try that, then try another started and then cheak if your engines siezed. Sorry if i gave you a big fright. :lol:
