yes as webres run at 3psi

the regulator doesnt have a return

your nova gte fuel pump is designed to run with a constant output flow rate and trying to regulate that without a return feed WILL damage something, either the pump will give out or the regulator will fail and shove 5bar into the carb float valves

so either swap the pump for a type of pump that is designed for use in these circumstances or get a regulator with a fuel return
