alright a mate has offered me a 4 branch manifold from a nova gte, i will be putting it on a 1.4sr are the ports etc the same? will it work ok or not? thanks

it won't match up to your 1.4sr sytem. you will need to get a pipe to run from the manifold to your middle box.
