I have several different pay as you go sims, I use my vodafone one as the main one as the calls are cheapest, but the t-mobile and orange ones give me 100's of free texts each month. They all suffer the same problems of coverage(not particularly bad though, just when I go out into the countryside.)

I'm on O2 Online as well. Used to be with Orange for a fair few years but when my last renewal came round none of the tariffs included any MMS allowance, it had to be purchased in 'bundles' :? also my bills were ?35-?40 for no real reason.

Using it more now and paying ?25 a month - well good!

I've had REALLY good customer service with Orange. Been with them for 5 years now, and wouldn't change.
Also it is a British call centre, not Bombay enterprises answering the phone.

orange, but thinking of using O2 due to having some of them Genie cards as someone said, as I do text rather a lot when I have credit.

i was with orange, then i moved to vodaphone/singlepiont for 2 years, the customer service was shocking and all my mate were on orange, some months my bill was nearly ?100, when my contract shotld of been ?25. i'm back with orange now, i pay ?25 a month and get 200 mins, but they are doubled up to 400 for the first 6 months. when that is up i will get tham to do a tarrif match on 3's 500mins for ?25

I was with Orange for aaaaages on pay as you go, then the Everyday 50 contract for a few years... then their customer service turned poop (used to be really good) so changed to O2 online pay as you go (300 freee texts for minimum ?10 topup each month) which I still have at the moment. Signed up with three Video Text 750 last March, don't really give a hoot about the service (or lack of it) as I'm happy with 750 messages and 75 minutes for ?35 a month :)
