I PLANNING ON GETTING A SET OF 16in ALLOYS SOON IN EITHER A 45mm OR 49mm OFFSET WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS HOW MUCH CAN I SAFELY LOWER IT, IS IT POSSIBLE TO GO DOWN TO 60mm I HAVE ALREADY DONE THE ARCHES BUT HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT AT 60mm THE TOP OF THE TYRES WILL CATCH THE TOP OF THE ARCHES.

it will be close..just dont overload the car and dont go over bumps to fast otherwise you will have to replace all the arches and will cost you a lot..

u can get uprated bumpstops from jamex etc if they do start to catch but u shouldnt have much grief with the fronts if there 195/45/16 tyres
