fuel pump

im in the process of putting a fuel tank from a gte on my van to feed a 2.0l 8v.does anyone know if the fuel pump is up to supplying the engine or should i change it to one similar to the car the engine came from.Cheers

As far as I understand it, all the mpi pumps are the same so, unless the gte one is faulty leave it be.
