Essex Racing did my door cards in Carbon.
Dont think they cost that much whot i can remember, but was few years ago.
Might be worth a call.

I'd have thought Carbon ones would be a fair bit lighter than alloy ones?

jig saw with a metal cuttign blade set fairly slow will cu through all yes.

as for sheet ally, just look for metal merchants in yellopages etc.

or do you want me to come fnd it for you, mark it up cut it out and fit it for you? lmao

Well half the users on this site can?t navigate the forums properly or be bothered to type properly, so what makes you think they can be arsed to make their own door cards?

Any business on an industrial estate that deals with metal will be able to give/sell you some or even help you out on where to find some.... use your head, have a bit of common sense, dear me!

Any sort of metal engineer not only will be able to supply you with the metal, but should also be able to make and fit the panels. I've got a set on order, only gonna take a few days to make, and thats cuz the guy thats making them is flat out at the moment as well.
