HELP! nova with no spark

PLEASE can anybody help, my nova just wont go it'll turn over fine on the starter motor but just will not spark. Ive put a new battery and coil in it but there are just no sparks whatever. im sure it must be something electrical but dont know what HELP!

your distributer cap could be wet if you take it off and spray wd40 and give it a start

Ive sprayed the cap with wd40 and still no sparking

check the spark plugs gaps. and also the leads make sure there all ok ur prob better goin to a car shop and gettin new ht leads cause thts wht it sounds like to me as mine did it.

Im having the same trouble, ive got no spark from the coil

take out onhe of your injectors, turn the engine over and if it pumps out then goes off, pumps, off, pumps, off...

Then that is a pretty good sign that your ECU is still working.

take off the plug that goes to the bottom of the dizzy and short two of the pins with a paper clip. not sure which two, the middle one and one other, doesnt matter if u get it wrong, wont do any harm.

turn the rotar arm in the dizzy and u should hear the electrics switching on and off, if not then the dizzy is knackered.

If you get it sorted let us know how u did it cos im at my end with mine.
