what colour are bumpers

im after buying a mk1 sr but the bumpers and spoiler are painted black and aer chippin and flakin.
i want to spray these a grey that is more lihe the originals
does anyone have a paint code for this colour or know of a colour it can be painted?

Any chance of finding out the paint colour / code mate ?
I'm trying to find a colour to match my unpainted (plastic) GSi bumpers so i can colour code my cage.

i took my sr to my local motor factors and he was able to match the colour perfectly and he had to add some stuff to the paint to make it a matt finish i got half of a litre of it. i got it mixed in sikkens autocryl plus
format which is the same kind of paint used from the factory to paint casablanca white novas and magma red. on the tin it has a code of op 7001 grau mat
i work in an opel garage and i have never seen a code like that unless it is under trim codes or something

It did use to be white, IIRC. Can remember some old pics with a white grill.
Either that or i have gone insane and imagined it. :lol:

as i think of it land rover paint their bumpers grey
and mercs have a matt grey on there bumpers too if you could get some of that it would do the job the finest
