damaged rim

the fox evo ,s i got from ebay , were kerbed and dented ..today whilst washing the car i noticed at the point of the damage the paints flaking off ...safe ??? there are no visible cracks in the alloy.

I should get them checked by a tyre place to see if they're buckled...
