XE Conversion... Throttle Cable

Hi guys,

My mate is just about to put an XE lump in his 1.4 16v Corsa Sport.... and he was wondering does he need the trottle cable from a cav/astra/calibra? or will the Corsa one fit?

Cause I think the Nova's require one don't they?

The nova needs one as the end of the cable on most nova's is a knuckle, whereas the XE needs a barrel. Check on the end of the throttle cable off the corsa, if itl looks like a bike brake cable where it goes into the lever then it should be fine.
