Selling car - with or without tints?

just looking for peoples opinions, ive got a black nova lowered alloys etc with dark tinted windows. i think they look pretty smart with the car being black. do you think its goin to be easier to sell with or without them as it doesnt take to long to change them over??

What with the law saying you cant have them on the front windows, it might be difficult to sell cos you wont get insurance if you declare it! And if you dont declare it your policy could be void. Its a real mine field.
Am waiting for an e-mail from vosa to clarify the whole situation.

Could always say in the ad "tinted windows, but these can be removed if not required" or something... give the buyer the choice?
