cos the nova i am getting was orignally a 1.0 there was no return fuel pipe to be able to fit a injection with a bigger engine and can really be that bothered fitting one.......

the car currently has a 1.4 bottom end and a 1.3 sr top end running on a carb....but its not working

so wot was the biggest size of engine that vauxhall did with a carb or carbs as standard that would fit my nova......
or is there a better combination i could use....

ie 1.8 bottom end with a 1.6 top end on carbs .......

cheers.

2.0 8v will accept the manifold and head from an early big block cav engine, so would then be carb

you can put carbs on any engine, there is a carlton in TV i think that is running triple carbs on a 3lt straight 6

cool lads i new you can out carbs on anything , but its the avalibility of the carbs......

was considering the 2.0 8v with a carb but need to source an early model cavlier sri 130 to get the carb of it.....

anyone got one? just the carb ..... already got the engine :)

the i in sri means injection so you'll have a hard time finding one with a carb on lol.

So your looking at running carb's on your 20seh? The best option would obviously be twin 40/45's.
