Some old bloke crashed into my mint nova today i was going straight over a samll mini roundabout on a road i drive across everyday and he pulled out and hit my door and rear arch its all pushed in really badand my dad sain it will need new door skin and rear quarter panel, the cheeky old bastid then said i wasnt indicating which i was and my mate was behind me said i was indicating he started moaning, well ive told my insurance company and they said it was blantly his fault. And my insurance runs out in 5 days time. And the old bloke had a nova as well .
S**t happens though and ive got my bloody exams in a week thats all i need more stress

You don't have a lot of luck with your Novas do you m8? Wasn't your last 1 written off when you let a m8 drive it?
Thing about old peeps (and I'm not far off being 1 of them lol!) is that you always have to keep an eye on them and assume that they either haven't seen see or are in a little world of their own. How they get away with low insurance premiums is a mystery to me as they nearly always seem to be in the " accident waiting to happen" status.

make sure u get it in writing from your insurance company about whos fault it was (cover yer arse!) - if his cars knackered and a nova do him a deal n take his door n quarter panel to fix yours! That way it'll get yer bits back n get him off the road.

nah its going through the insurance now its the blokes fault and the bodyshop are doing my a favour and replacing some stuff on his bill and ill hopefully have a courtsy car to rip the shit out of soon !
