Well after another weekend at it, the shell has been painted, the car is on the floor and the engine is fitted. All that is left now is the braking system to sort, fuel, shafts, roll cage to bolt in and seats/harnesses :lol:

i think ive missed something somewhere. i thaught the xe was going in this one after all the work gone into it. was there a reason why the 1l of muscle is back in there

What engine you got going in?

Could always 100bhp Nos it and beat the XE's with it (for a few seconds anyway).

so why the 1.0?

u couldve stuck a 1.2 or even a 1.4 in there for now if u cant afford to fit the XE?

or at the very very least cleaned the bloody 1.0 and painted the rocker cover :P

I had to have one of them done because some woman smashed my rear passenger side, cost me 200 to get it repaired yet the insurance deemed it a uneconomical repair.

daft bastards, and daft bitch for driving into me, i was parked ffs!!

She even drove the courtesy (sp) car into a brick walk because she didn't think it was that close.....
