View Full Version : what a day
r lass aint very well so me and lily had to go do the weekly shop
tesco's was packed so wasnt to happy
anyway got all the stuff on the list and decided to get me self 4 cans of fosters
got to the checkout and the woman asked me for I.D.
i was like "am 24 married with two kids eldist is four" so if im under 18 that means i got his mum preggers when i was 13
dozy bint
then went to get some service parts for the golf plugs air fuel and oil filter
total cost ?44.99 :o :o
it only used to cost ?25 to service the nova admitedly i didnt need the airfilter as i had a k&n on it
but i service my cars every 6 months and ?45 every 6 months is going to be pricey but never mind
Epo, ?45 is nothing compared to what I've spent on my GTI and it still doesn't work properly!
Will be a trading standards job if there's no resolution soon.
why what wrong with yours mate?

Its not that bad it ll make ur car last a lot longer and for the price of 45 quid its worth it all day.
not when it used to cost me ?25 to service the nova
Wish a service on the Celica would cost me ?45... just got a quote of ?135, but that IS at the dealer
Front suspension upper arm and ball joint = ?170 at the moment, + ?75 labour (and thats a one hour job!!!). Thankfully the garage I bought it from is paying for all that
ive just been id'ed for buying fags ffs whats is going on today???? :? :? :? :?
Consider it a compliment to your youthful complexion
I got ID-ed a while back for buying some beer... the kid on the checkout probably wasn't even old enough to buy it herself! I just pointed at my beard and said "You think this says I'm under 18?" lmfao
it just does my head in more than anything else i mean there is no way i look under 16 cant believe it myself tbh
U need a halfords trade card matey...
?70 worth of serving gear with trade card = ?36.74
Plugs, leads, oil, Cap, rotor arm, Filters etc
i bought the bits from a local what used to be cheap spares shop
how do i get this trade card do i need to be a regestered firm or anything
