Help required

Ive got two questions that are bugging me extremley

1, while driving my car my bonnet came up on me and bent the hinges, how can i get the hinges off to replace as i cant see how or do i have to bend them back to shape?

2. If i buy a performance cam for my car (high performance) what other things will i need? in the way of double valve springs etc?

you'll be best off bending the brackets back into shape. what cam are you wanting? do you have any other mods?

u usually don't need double valve springs unless your engine can stand and runs very high revs 8000-9500 rpm. You can use your orginal nova followers, rockers and so on, unless they are worn no reason to change them, but again if you have a performance engine then use the kit that comes with the cam if you have one.
