my hosts dont have a banner on my site or anything so its not going to be detrimental to their image...

Check their disclaimer if they have one, in general any web server located in the UK cannot contain pornographic materials as it is illegal in this country. Im not sure if this applies to UK domains such as .co.uk if they are hosted on a US server:-/

You can get away with "scantily clad" materials such as topless models usually tho!
