Fiat & Ferrari operate under different trading names for obvious reasons, So they still operate as 2 companies. Not quite rivals, But you know what I mean, Targetting different markets.

(I think) they have pontiac fieros as Lambo's. They look like Lambo's too. Alloys etc, Interiors.
Its a grey area kit cars I spose. But ive seen a BMW Z3 based on a Ford focus chassis. Very convincing too.
its makes me laugth when all the money they would have spent they could have saved up for an actual ferrari.

You can get a kit for the Triumph TR7 to make it into a (poor) F40 replica. There's one in Trull, just outside of Taunton.
I remember seeing a site a while back where some (scandinavian I think) bloke took a really old Merc, chopped it up, and rebuilt it as an SLK replica... it did actually look very convincing too!

Helped with the MOT on one of those the other day. It fooled everyone till we had a closer look. The guy was saying if you gave him a standard MR2 and ?15500, he'll give you an F355 that'll fool all the Ferarri boys.
