1.2i cat in 1.4sri system

Is this actually possible?

sri system has 2 bolt spring loaded flange coming off the downpipe

1.2i has 3 bolt triangular flange from downpipe to cat and has the springs on the manifold itself

so it wouldnt fit without cutting and shutting the correct flanges
