i've sold my nova gte to a m8 cuz insurance and gone and brought a bloody escort 1.4i with splitter alloys and lowered 35mm.but fear not im gonna buy a smashed up nova gsi on j or k plate and repair it with bigger alloys and better bumpers.i dont like escorts but im 18 and only just passed my test so insurance on the gte would be ?2400 and the escort is only ?1200.i love my novas so i'll c u if u go to max live.i blew the escort gear box up in 2 days of having it and the clutch.reairing costing ?600.so nova coming september when i have my new garage built then i gotta get it back on the road.sorry for betraying the nova load group by getting a ford escort.shitits slow and boring but i live nr max hq so i will c u if u r near me.oh well cu later.:(

I paid ?1900 last year on my GTE F-reg.
Got a year's no claims, renewal was ?1100.
Sold it, gonna get GSi J-reg no mods, wanted ?1500!! Xtra ?400 bloody quid!!
Same engine and group just 2 years newer...

So bought 2.0 16v C-reg SR, mods declared, ?1400.
They said cos it was older u get a reduction, never mind it's much fuckin quicker??
So my advice get an older nova! Jus make sure it's minto...

i smashed my escort in the back off a vaxuhall frontera 4x4.write off getting it repaired.only had it a week.funny fucking shit.im gonna get a nova soon 1.2i on k plate then my family is helping me do it up. X-(
