alrite guys.
im planning on swapping my 1.2 nova for a gsi nova.
its bin sat around for awhile. from the outside just needs a respray im gunna check the arches and stuff for rust and corrosion. wht else should i be looking for cause ill need to mot it.

Main places to look for MOT hot spots are,the sills/your iner wing joins,by the AFM on left,and header tank right/Boot floor,as rear panle go's/and then under the back end there is the rear chassis leg wher the fule pump is attached
Also give the hole under side of the car a good going over,if you can take axle stands or a set of ramps,and a bright torch,make sure none of the brake lines are corroded,and the rubber part the go's direct to the calipper...thers a lot you can cheack or look at,just use your common sence,and it helps if you take a friend or some thats a mechanic,as they can advise you on the spot,or help blag it lol..

front chasis legs are also know to caus problems

check for the usual smoke on start up ect
