Stupid f*cking door ... just come off!!

Right people, im just trying to remove my door (driver side). I have the top pin out but i cant get the bottom one out. It dont budge at all and is testing my patience indefinately. Anyone know any good little methods to getting the little sods out?? Or respectable ways to drill it etc??

its an old trick, have you tried using the bonnet arm from the front panel.
its the perfect size for the door pins.

sorry, can you explain how i would use the bonnet arms to get the pins out?

use it to drive them out.

oh and make sure the door is level. once you have one out, the door will sag and put weight on the remaining pin, making it MUCH harder to take the second one out.

the bottom one wants knocking up which is get hard to get a bar under an hit it. I normally get a small pair of mole grips fixed tight on top of it and then hit that with a hammer.

Soak them in WD40 or similar for a bit first.

put your front driverside wheel up on a brick/block/axel stand, that should give more room to swing.
