I have some new pipes to fit on my car,main thing is in need some advise on what to do with this little bugger

The small one that go's in the T pece,i want to either get rid(if posible) or conect it back intot the top rad hose-to exp tank

There,but i dont want to cut it back into the same place as before,will look less messy and help keep good flow.

This is the new pipes(ignore numbers and pink bit,thats where i was trying to disribe something els to someone)
Main prob i have had is getting a T section join thats the same internal dia of the top rad pipe,reducing down to the small pipe,anyone know where i can get one?? i have looked every where
Also when(or if i get them)lol when TB's are fitted dose the small pipe get ditched,as the tb manifold wont have it??
