electric problem

i'm having a few problems connecting my centeral locking to the alarm to make it remote.
its a gsi locking kit but it does have the one aftermarket solenoid fitted.
the alarm fitter left two wires to connect to the central locking, a green and blue. he told me to connect them to the two brown wires stickin out of the c/l ecu.iv'e done this but i can only get the locks to just open or just close if i swap the wires about.
any ideas?

Sounds like the previous person has made themselves a loom

without posting pictures of it all linked together, or a wiring diagram of what you've got, then it's hard to help.

connect the 2 wires from the alarm to the 3rd solenoid which will then operate the drivers side motor which in turn powers the passengers one :lol:

riggy i can remember seeing pictures he posted of his loom

it's a bit of a mess, using plug flex in some points i think, could be right tho riggy !
