improve?

Put a 14sr cam and a 1200 head on car at weekend. the car is a c14nv (single point) I have got all the bits to make this carb but when i put the carb on i couldn't get the wiring right to the distributor and coil the distributor is the orange capped one.When the carburettor is on and running properly will it make a big difference to the performance. The head and cam has made a huge difference though :lol:

interesting - if your still running the spi inlet manifold you'll have a massive port missmatch on there so its surprising its actually working at all

if your using the spi pump make sure you plumb in the fuel return, would be better if you got a regulator.

yeah there is a huge missmatch but for some reason its working and pretty well i'm guessin the performance can be greatly improved then when the ports math when i got the carb on?

Don't expect it to be lightning quick but it should improve, especially when you get the ports matched up
