C20XE inners

im using some GTE shafts and was wondering if there were any other inners that can fit other than the mk2 cav 1600 ones. A mechanic mate seems to thing that some off a mk2 astra 1800 sri might fit. any advice here people??

1800 astra has big block shafts

the reason cav mk2 ones work is becuase it has small block shafts but a big block gearbox (ie exactly what your trying to do in the nova) so its cv's mate up perfectly with your standard nova shaft and the box

are there any other cars that engine came in?? These cavs are gettin rare now. wish i had got the inners when i saw a 1600 in the scrappers. was there for about 18months but when i got of me arse to go get them off it had gone :roll:
how can you tell what they look like because the scrappy guy says i can look through a shed full of driveshafts to see if there are any but i have no idea what im lookin for!
