my mate had the same alloys as that on his vento (the guy who tried to flog you his beemer) and he had the centre caps for them with the vw logo in but i think he ripped them out and sold the wheels (i know that doesnt help)
if you do find out let me know too cuz i managed to lose my center caps
i think a place on warren road does them but im not sure, that might be utter bollox

you can bogde some tsw centre caps to fit, you just gotta find a way to mount them
