Vauxhall Immobiliser, Corsa to Nova

How hard would it be to put a standard vauxhall immobiliser out a corsa into a c12nz nova? would it just be a case of getting the ignition barrel, ecu and key and fitting them? as long as they were out of a c12nz corsa?
