Whats the pros and cons (and reasons behind) of having subs facing into an enclosure?

pros of facing in an enclosure:

shows off nice underside of sub (check most audiobahn)
some are designed to work better that way.
looks awsome if its you think.

cons of facing into an enclosure:

shows off s**t underside of sub (check out most subs)
some are designed not to be used that way
looks s**t if its not your thing.


there aint really much difference. ive got 1 sub facing in on my install and 2 facing out. (ill post some pictures when i finish it)
