is it just my 50mm suspension or do all novas that are lowered tend to let u know just where every bump in the road is! i dunno if mine is not right tho as i havent been in any other modded novas to compare but i know my suspension is damn hard. fully adjustable any1 think it needs adjusting or is it just normal to be so stiff?

mines stiff, and the suspension :p

Drove to work this morning first time since fitting my 60mm hit n' there's a patch of road I swerar to fuck is like a ruddy set of mini speed bumps. Talk about bone shaker! The best bits for feedback are those painted lines or the plastic coverings over temp traffic lights at roadworks. They wake u up!
Get used to it - keeps you fit. All part of the ride!
Or sit on a soft cushion
Or drive very slowly over the bumps
Or avoid them.
Unfortunately you cant have the best of both worlds. Stiff or flacid? Ask yer bird which she prefers...

Yeah it's just the shite roads we have in Britain, what the hell do they spend our road tax money on? Gatso's probably.
The ride's better at 30mm, for quality and cornering, even though the C of G is higher than like -60mm it grips better.
Doesn't look as good tho.
Ride gets worse with low pro's too, i had 205/40R17's with -60mm springs + 40% uprated shocks + bucket seats = bloody stiff harsh ride.
U could always put the 13" steels with tractor tyres and off roader suspension back on! :>

Will this take long officer?
Cos your wife is expecting me...
