clutch judder

on my new engine the engine judders when i drop or change gears and reliese the clutch slowly. it does not slip under load but the juddering is annoying and does not feel very good for the car.

could this be the clutch wearing out but is still gripping. anyone with any experience of this would be helpful before i change the clutch and waste my cash if its not the problem.

mine used to do this a bit.

i just chucked a load of oil over the clutch pivot ontop of the g'box, mine turned out to be a rather jerky swing that the arm was producing.

not explained very well, but i presume you catch my drift ?
