I would recomend them to anyone. Its Chris_16v's company and he has helped me out again. Basic story i bought a b+ head for my 1600 and when i took the valves out one of the valveguides was broken. I rang SBD for the part as there near by and they spoke of silly prices just for the part and autovaux couldnt get hold of it. Everywhere i spoke to couldnt help me. I told chris and he told me to get the head up to him.
He recived it and one day later it had a new bronze valve guide in place of the broken one and it only set me back a very small amount.
