my mate chris told me this joke when he was stone.

a guy goes into a pub and asks for a beer. the barman says "sorry we dont sell beer in this town.
the guy gets anoyed and goes to the next pub to get a drink.
bar man says "sorry we dont sell alcohol in this town".
the gut tryes 5 more pubs before returning to the first pub.
he asks the barman one last time. "please can i have a beer!!" the barman says "sorry we dont sell beer or any form af alcohol!!!!"
the man says "so what do you sell???"
the barman pulls a big box from behind the bar and says "there open it"
as soon as the guy opens it a monkey jumps out and scratches the mans eyes out!

is quite amusing, but bewarned the perils of drugs!

i think the joke is well good! dont understand why, but it made me laugh.

in my defence i can see no harm in having a joint in the comfort of my home
i am not in debt due to smoking the drug
i never do it round the kids or drive on it or work on it
i simply watch a bit of tv at night and have a smoke
yes it is harmfull to my health but i know the effects and contiue to do it

it is not pushed on anyone if they wish to come round and join me then so be it :wink:

If alcohol was not legal now, it would NOT become legal.

But it will NEVER become illegal, no matter how much trouble it causes (and costs the NHS) due to the amount of money it generates for the government in taxes and the effect it has on the economy.

Well as sad as it is,i dont think i could ever give up drinking 100%

Maybe if it was meaning i would have to stop due to health then i would but it's just part of my social life within my groupe of friends,we drink too much,im sure theres a few who are the same as me, "cough,chris sean" :lol:

but i might grow out of it you never know.

but i do think you need to let people be and enjoy their pleasures!

i dont do drugs but there is a point! otherwise people wouldnt do them. albeit the point being that of escapism or enhancement of ones perception of a situation. or maybe they just want to to be social. but if there was no point in doing drugs, people wouldnt do them.

i know loads of dealers, some of which are extremely good friends that i would die for and that would die for me!!! i trust one guy with my life 5 times a week when i go rock climbing with mike. he has done every drug under the sun, yes even heroin. he is one of my closest friends.
