ecu mounting for XE loom

ok my engine is all fitted and running but at the mo ive got the ECU just sat on the shelf under the dash. just looking for pics or just advise as to where to put the thing. as you xe people will know its quite big and is awkward. does not look too good on show either :?: :idea:

re-route the wiring harness so it comes out the right had side of the engine and feed it into the passenger side of the bulk head and mount it under the glovebox

Or drivers side, and mount it to the shelf.

i have my 16xe ecu sitting on the drivers shelf just now and it looks rediculus - theres about 4million wires all just sitting there in view

i will be re-routing the loom to the passenger side at some point soon (certainly before the show season)

i had mine hanging down through were the heats were ment to be :lol:

mine is just on the shelf too and looks wank. a really want to hide it but dont fancy cutting the whole loom and re wiring it all. too much to go wrong doing that.

anyone else managed to hide it on the drivers side. :?:
