Deseam a nova

HIA GUYS
Im in the middle of preping my car for a 16v conversion and im going to be painting it ive removed the cover on the roof guttering to find she is a little rusty does anybody no how to deseam these things i think you have to grind a little of at a time and then weld then grind and carry on like this? any help would be great cheers.

indeed i did. unless your very good with a welder and willing to spend hours and hours doing it dont even start it its a complete nightmare of a job

Apparently it reveals the spot wealds that hold the roof on.

hence why theres lots of welding involved

the roof gutters , plastic covers are right shoddy on mine at the mo , can they be replaced , and any ideas where i may be able to obtain these items...?

just take the gutters of and clean the glue off, looks much better imo
